We practised using Google Draw to draw shapes, we reflected these shapes, rotated, translated and drew lines of reflective symmetry, so that we would be able to do the same with our photos.

Room 12's getting ready for Camp Omatua!

Saturday 7th Feb 2015 - Room 12
We have been learning about working together.  Room 12 identified that we need to listen, look and respect each other's ideas to solve problems.  As we start thinking about going to Camp Omatua these skills will help us with the activities.  Check out some of our photos that show Room 12 working together.  Each group had to work out their total height.

Summer Highlight

On my first day I was feeling pretty nervous about my new class and then I thought about all the Super hero things we will be doing and so I became brave again. We started off sharing a highlight from our holidays and it was great to hear all the cool stuff you super heroes have been doing. I showed the class a Google Slideshow of photos from my highlight.
